At the youthful age of three years old, Drummer Extradinaire Joey Oscar knew that music was permanently ensconced into his spirit. While growing up, he would allow himself to be mentored by the top drummers. He could always be found at his church in fellowship with the band with an extra emphasis placed on the drummer.

Through the years, Joey has grown immensely in his skills and has become one of the most sought after and a first call musician. He has taken his musicality to the next level in it's evolution all the while allowing his creativity to manifest itself into what God has called it to be.

Joey is considered to be at the top of his game and with no end in sight for this highly talented man of God. Joey's spirit is humble and giving. His presence is that of a gentle oddity with a flare for the extraordinary.

Joey Oscar is a native St. Louisiana now residing in Houston, Texas has never forgotten his roots or the place where his foundation was established. While traveling around the world performing with the best that the gospel music industry has to offer, Joey can be heard constantly talking about how great St. Louis is and all the things that he has gained while a resident. Joey has garnered accolades from every corner of music world. He has familiarized himself to the business of music. Joey Oscar first and foremost has given God the reigns over his life through His only begotten Son Jesus. He long ago became a born again believer. "Without God nothing is possible" he said.

Joey's passion is to be a mentor to kids. To minister the Word of God into their lives so that they may find the beauty of holiness at a young and impressionable age. To speak the Word of God over them before Satan can institute his devices. Joey Oscar is thankful and grateful that God has bestowed upon him a wife and family. when speaking about his wife he stated that "She is the reason that I continue to rise above what I ,himself, believed that I could accomplish.
