My
name is SCOT LITTLE BIHLMAN. I am a professional, award
winning Singer/songwriter (drummer/purcussionist/guitarist). I
am a graduate of Musicians Institute of Technology.
I have backed, recorded or appeared with Trey Anastasio (phish),
Ted Nugent, BB king, Pink, Ray Charles, Dido, Hank Williams
jr.,ZZ Top, Buddy Guy, Kenny Olsen (Kid Rock), John Echols
(Love), Robert Bradley, Tim Pierce, and Son Seals to name
a few. I am endorsed by Gibson guitars, Greg Bennett guitars,
DC California drums, Istambul cymbals, Remo, Rythm Tech, and
GHS strings.
I have worked with many producers including Bruce Robb of the
legendary Cherokee Studios, and Grammy Award winning Memphis
producer Jim Gaines. I am a veteran of countless US and
European tours, performing at world famous venues including:
Tweeter Center- Chicago, Van Andel Arena- Grand Rapids,
Interlochen Center for the Arts, Kalamazoo State Theater, CCB-
Lisbon, Portugal, The Blues Hall- Athens Greece, and The White
House. I have been featured in: Gig magazine, Radio & Records,
FM quarterback, Music connection (LA). I have written, and
performed music for Film/TV including CBS and J2R. I am on the
faculty at the National Guitar Workshop, and the author of the
drum curriculum for WorkshopLive. Along with my brother Jabo
Bihlman, I have written songs on 3 Emmy Award winning
projects, and a WC Handy award winning album.
Together we are signed as the Bihlman Brothers to Quarter to Three
Records out of Los Angeles owned by Bruce Robb/Cherokee
Studios. As of late we have our first record with the new
label coming out, along with 6 songs in a new Universal
picture movie starring Amy Smart, Billy Zane, and Betty White
called Love and Dancing scheduled to be released summer ‘08.
All in all I am a versatile, professional
drummer/percussionist with a ton of big time experience who
can play guitar, sing lead or backups.
As an Actor I am SAG. I have been featured on the Drake and
Josh Show. I have done two national commercials (Burger King,
NFL Network) I have done print add work for Volks Wagon,
Honda, and Ducatti Motorcycles in less then a year. I am
constantly studying to become a better actor. I really dig
acting when it doesn't get in the way of my music.
