At the age of 13, Matt began his musical education, more specifically, learning to play the drums. Matt soon realized that there was nothing better than taking that trip to the basement, throwing on the headphones, and jamming with his favorite bands. Through playing in numerous bands and taking lessons, 

    Matt developed a true love for the drums and its infinite musical possibilities. Trying to further develop his own drumming vocabulary, Matt enrolled in the Pasadena, CA based Los Angeles Music Academy and experienced the teachings of some of the greatest drummers in the world. Matt takes his drumming very seriously and always strives to improve his groove. 

    In the end, Matt merely hopes that his training, dedication and desire can be heard in the music of his current Rock Punk band, WARNER DRIVE.
